At LAUTECH, I played a key role in the development and optimization of various software solutions, contributing to over 15 projects during my tenure. I worked on a wide range of tasks typical of a software engineer, but was especially proud of my leadership and involvement in a few key innovations:

  • Student Biodata Automation System: I designed and implemented an automated Biodata System to replace the university’s outdated local system. This solution streamlined student data management, improved accuracy, and significantly reduced manual processing time.

  • Web-based Document Verification System: I developed a Document Verification System for certificates, notifications of results, and transcripts. This system empowered alumni and current students to easily verify their documents online, enhancing efficiency and accessibility while also reducing administrative burdens.

  • Convocation Portal: I was instrumental in creating a new Convocation Portal, which optimized the university’s convocation activities and streamlined the process for certificate collection. This system automated several processes, improving the overall user experience for both students and staff.

In addition to these major projects, I collaborated with cross-functional teams on several other initiatives, helping to optimize user experience and system performance across LAUTECH’s digital ecosystem.

As Software Director at T-Bolt Security, I was responsible for overseeing all IT-related activities and ensuring the company's digital presence aligned with its strategic goals. I played a pivotal role in both the development and maintenance of critical systems that supported business operations.

Key achievements include:

  • Company Website Development: I led the design and development of the company’s website, showcasing key services, projects, and the company's expertise in security solutions. The website serves as a key point of contact for potential clients and partners.

  • Staff Clocking System: I developed and integrated a staff clocking system that allowed employees to easily clock in and out, streamlining attendance tracking and ensuring accurate payroll data.

  • Training Platform Development: I was instrumental in developing T-Bolt Security's training platform, which enabled the company to offer online training to employees and clients. This platform was crucial in enhancing staff skills and ensuring they were up-to-date with the latest security protocols and practices.

At Santonz Consulting Limited, I served as a Digital Skills Trainer where I played a key role in delivering the Google Digital Skills for Africa training program across 10+ states in Nigeria. Over the course of the program, I successfully trained over 6,000 individuals, including students, job seekers, small business owners, and employees from both public and private organizations, including corporate bodies.

Key contributions:

  • Google Digital Skills for Africa Program: I facilitated hands-on training sessions focused on empowering participants with essential digital skills, including digital marketing, online business strategies, social media management, SEO, and more. My training sessions were tailored to meet the needs of diverse groups, from students seeking career opportunities to business owners looking to improve their digital presence.

  • Diverse Audience Reach: My training extended across various sectors, helping SMEs, job seekers, public organizations, and corporate entities improve their digital capabilities.
